Stupendooooooo
Kennel/cat center located in Magreta a few steps from Modena. Recent structure, beautifully organized. Very knowledgeable staff, courteous and ready to find the ideal dog for every type of need. I highly recommend a tour of the facility if you are about to adopt a 4-legged friend for the first time or a new time. Very positive experience with the staff who helped us even after the adoption in case of need or doubts. Thank you again for the love you put into this wonderful mission.
Suppress them first if you have to operate with c.
I don't know which intern you entrusted the cat to, the vet was shocked when he saw the disgusting cut, the disgusting stitching and the thread used.
I would post photos of the operation and subsequent infection due to the thread being unsuitable for the external skin, but the review would be dragged down.
It's not a kennel, it's a real resort for dogs, very clean, tidy, organised, with available and trained volunteers who don't give you the impression of having to go through the gauntlet to bring a dog home, nor even that you have them. Let's go back and clear them...congratulations!
We adopt three kittens who are entrusted to us without any particular indications of any behavioral problems or re-education needs. We go home and one of the three proves to be extremely shy. After a month and no progress has been made in socialization, unfortunately the need arises to take him to the vet for a vaccine and a routine visit, but we are unable to manage the cat. We ask for help from the volunteer who came to do the pre-reliance, who kindly comes back to see the situation and agrees with us that it is not the right environment for the cat (considering that we also have a very good dog but which is pure terror for the cat) and admits that in the cattery they didn't realize that the kitten was so shy and needed to be re-educated with a lot of time which, unfortunately, we don't have. Morally, the one who I believe is the "responsible" (even if I haven't yet understood what for) offends us badly by saying whatever and not even being available on the phone for a discussion. Very bad. I feel sorry for the poor animals
Months ago we contacted the cattery to be able to adopt one of the kittens "advertised" on social media. We wanted to take advantage of the holidays at home to be able to give continuous support to the kitten for a week so that he could settle in completely before returning to work and therefore leaving him alone for a few hours a day.
The kennel volunteer who responds to requests by telephone was very tactless, telling me that we should talk after the holidays and that we absolutely had to get at least two puppies or an elderly cat. In the meantime, we wanted to start with a single kitten for personal needs, but there was no way we could even be considered for pre-fostering.
We will probably consider another kitten to keep the puppy we adopted at the beginning of the summer company, but definitely not here. Ways that are truly tasteless and inconceivable is the imposition of a number of cats without even considering families who could give a home and love a puppy who would otherwise risk being in a cage.
Unfortunately we were very disappointed.
